Gigi Hadid's culinary game has been making headlines since Chef Gordon Ramsay said the MasterChef contestant was one of the most “sophisticated foodies on the planet.”
This weekend, Antoni Porowski, the actor from Bravo's “Queer Eye” showed off a Gigi Hadid recipe by cooking her viral Pasta alla vodka recipe. The recipe requires very few ingredients - garlic, shallot, tomato paste, cream, and a pinch of chili flakes - making it a delicious pantry pasta that's ready to serve in a matter of minutes.
“So much tomato paste and zero canned tomatoes woah,” Antoni captioned his Instagram story, seeming surprised that Gigi's recipe called for no crushed tomatoes unlike other versions from the 1980s.
Actor Antoni Porowski shares the steps for making Gigi Hadid's viral recipe for Pasta alla Vodka.
Instead of leaving out the vodka, (Gigi was pregnant at the time of the recipe,) Antoni doused the steamy tomato paste and sautéed shallots with a splash of vodka from his personalized Belvedere vodka label. (A subtle nod to his Polish heritage.) Then, he sprinkled red pepper flakes into the thick creamy sauce and shared a close-up of the other courses: lobster and a luscious “bitter green” salad with radicchio and vinaigrette.
Antoni worked in restaurants since high school. His first job as a runner and busboy was in Buonanotte, an Italian restaurant in his hometown of Montreal. He even auditioned to be host on the TV show “Chopped Canada.”

Hopefully, we'll see more of Porowski's cooking and holiday cocktails in the coming days. His latest collaboration with Peroni would suggest that he just might!
