List of Ingredients
- 1 lb 12 OZ. of Swiss chard without the green parts
- 14 OZ. of taleggio cheese
- 1 1/2 OZ. of shelled walnuts
- Butter
- Salt
Method

Boil the Swiss chard for 14-15 minutes; then cut into strips about 1 inch wide and 2 inches long and add salt. Grease 4 single-portion casseroles with melted butter and sprinkle with half of the crumbled walnuts.

Fill them with layers of Swiss chard, slices of taleggio cheese and the rest of the crushed walnuts; if you wish, you can prepare this parmigiana even in a single large baking dish. Bake at 390°F for 10-12 minutes and serve hot.
