- 1/3 LB. of sliced mortadella
- 2 of round sheets of ready-made puff pastry
- pistachio cream
- shelled pistachios, chopped
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Place a puff pastry dough disc on a baking tray, brush it with water, and cover it with the second disc. Gently press down the edges and brush the surface with 1 Tbsp. oil.

Season with salt and pepper; bake at 400°F for around 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, open it in half, and stuff with the mortadella, chopped pistachios, and a few drops of pistachio cream. Close the disc and serve.
