Ingredients for 4 servings
11 oz Gorgonzola Dolce DOP, 1 cup milk, 4 slices Pandoro, 1/3 cup sugar, Cinnamon to taste
Method
Slice a Pandoro and arrange on a dessert plate. Heat 11 ounces of Gorgonzola Dolce DOP on a low heat with 1 cup of milk, 1/3 cup of sugar and a pinch of cinnamon. Let cool and pour a generous spoonful onto each plate.
