It's cheese time!
Ingredients
About 4 oz for each type of cheese, varied and according to taste:
Grana Padano D.O.P., Marzolino, Gruyère D.O.P., Tête de Moine D.O.P., Ricotta seasoned with truffle, Smoked caciocavallo cheese, Sbrinz D.O.P., Quartirolo, Gorgonzola, Brebirousse d'Argental, Losa® goat's cheese, Stracchino
Serve with black grapes, walnuts, chestnut honey and a chestnut syrup (recipe below).
Chestnut Syrup Recipe
Bring 4 oz. water to a boil with 10 oz. granulated sugar, one chili pepper and one vanilla pod. Add 10 oz. boiled chestnuts and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool, removing vanilla and chili pepper from mixture.
