Ten of LA's top chefs, including three from celebrated Italian restaurants, Nancy Silverton, Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, have signed on for a drive-thru pop-up event hosted by Resy, the online restaurant reservation service.
In true California-style, diners will buy tickets and drive from pop-up restaurant to pop-up restaurant as a waiter guides them through an eclectic 10-course tasting menu. (The seventh course is a mortadella sandwich!)
The event, called “Resy Drive Thru” runs from Oct 15-16 at the Hollywood Palladium. Some of the event proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen, a hunger relief and food services non-profit.
In case you miss the event, Resy recently kicked-off a full fall calendar of virtual cooking classes led by world famous chefs, like Le Bernardin’s Eric Ripert.

Fourth Course: Gochujang Glazed White Sea Bass with Local Greens and Toasted Sesame Vinaigrette Nyesha Arrington
Fifth Course: Trap Kitchen Golden Rice with Chicken Malachi Jenkins and Roberto Smith, Trap Kitchen
Sixth Course: Spiced Lamb Ribs, Tzatziki, Armenian-Style Spice Blend Nancy Silverton, Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Chi Spacca
