Pizza with Leeks, Prosciutto, and Crescenza Cheese

Partially roll out the dough on a lightly floured pastry board. Place it in an oiled, shallow pizza pan and finish spreading it out with your fingers. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, clean and chop the leeks, then sauté in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a pat of butter. Once the leeks have cooled, spread them over the dough and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at the heat indicated on the package. Dice the prosciutto and sprinkle over the pizza, then bake for 3 minutes more.

Add slices of cheese and bake for another 2 minutes, then serve.
