List of Ingredients
- 10 OZ. of spaghettini
- 10 OZ. of small zucchini
- 7 OZ. of fresh tuna
- 1 of garlic clove, crushed
- fresh chili pepper
- 1 BUNCH of parsley, chopped
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Method

Slice tuna into 1/4" cubes and season with oil, salt and pepper.

Clean zucchini and cut into small cubes (1/8"). Brown in a pan with 2 Tbsp. olive oil, a crushed garlic clove and a small piece of chili pepper for 4 minutes. Add salt and chopped parsley. Remove from heat.

Cook the spaghettini in plenty of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and add directly to the pan with the zucchini. Stir everything together to coat. Complete the dish with cubed tuna. Serve immediately.
