- 14 OZ. of spaghetti
- 6 of oil-packed anchovy fillets
- marjoram
- parsley
- fresh chili pepper
- zest of 1 lemon
- extra-virgin olive oil

Wash the leaves from 4 sprigs of marjoram. Finely chop 1 sprig of parsley, 7 basil leaves, and 1 fresh chili pepper. Set aside.

Finely chop the anchovy fillets and combine with chopped herbs. Add 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil. Stir in lemon zest.

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, top with the sauce and serve immediately.
