List of Ingredients
- 1 of medium whole tomato (around 4 oz.)
- 2 OZ. of spaghetti
- 2 OZ. of fresh anchovies, deboned
- 1 TBSP. of bread crumbs
- 2 TSP. of extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 of garlic clove
- 1/2 of lemon
- thyme
- dill
- salt
- black pepper

In a bowl, squeeze the juice from 1/2 lemon and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Butterfly the anchovies and add to the bowl to marinate for 30 minutes. Drain, pat dry and put aside.

Meanwhile, peel the tomato. Remove the seeds and chop (around 3 oz.). Sauté in a pan without adding oil for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add salt and a pinch of thyme and dill.

Pour half of the oil in a pan, add the bread crumbs and toast until golden brown.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Strain and toss with the tomato, drained anchovies, the toasted bread crumbs, and the remaining oil. Serve.
