- 12 OZ. of Dry green tagliatelle
- 3 TBSP. of unsalted butter
- 1/4 CUP of almond flakes
- poppy seeds
- 1 SPRIG of sage
- 1 SPRIG of rosemary
- salt

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

Finely chop sage and the leaves from a sprig of rosemary. Heat butter in a skillet and add the herbs. Add almonds and let infuse for a few minutes. Add 1/2- 3/4 cup pasta cooking water. Drain tagliatelle and sauté in the sauce. Sprinkle with a spoonful of poppy seeds and serve immediately.
