List of Ingredients
- 14 OZ. of turkey breast
- 7 OZ. of spinach, trimmed
- almonds, unblanched
- 2 of oranges
- Flour
- Extravirgin olive oil
- Salt
Method

First squeeze the oranges. Coarsely chop the almonds. Sweat the spinach in a pan with a little oil for no more than 2-3 minutes. Keep warm.

Flour the turkey slices and brown them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil for 1 minute per side. Temporarily transfer the turkey slices to a plate. Remove the cooking oil from the pan, sprinkle in the almonds, then pour in the orange juice, reduce the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Put the turkey back in the pan and mix it with the other ingredients for less than 1 minute, add salt and serve with the spinach.
