Lay the bacon slices on a baking tray and bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy. Toast the bread slices, then spread a bit of butter on top.

In the meantime, beat the eggs with 4 tablespoons of cream, salt, and pepper.

Cook them in a bain-marie for 5-6 minutes while stirring, until they become creamy. Serve with the bread and crispy bacon.
