Method
Cut the codfish into pieces, eliminating the central spine. Clean the broccoli rabe, blanch it in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, then remove it with a slotted spoon and gently squeeze it out.
Place the codfish in the same cooking water and remove from heat after 1 minute. Let it cool in the water. Blend the broccoli rabe with the eggs, adding a generous pinch of salt. Chop the chives. Remove the skin from the codfish, coarsely crumble it with your hands and add the chopped chives.
Pour the broccoli rabe and egg mixture into a baking dish lined with greased parchment paper, garnish with the cod pieces and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
