- 19 OZ. of chicken breast
- 5 OZ. of winter radicchio
- 15 shelled walnuts
- Whole grain mustard
- Creamy mustard
- Extravirgin olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method

Separate the chicken breast; eliminate the fatty parts and the central bone; fry them in a pan with a little bit of oil over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking; add salt and pepper at the end. Mix 3 teaspoons of whole grain mustard with 4 teaspoons of creamy mustard in a bowl along with 1/3 cup of oil and 1 1/2 tablespoons of water. Finely chop 5-6 walnuts to obtain a powder. Trim the radicchio, arrange it in a serving dish with the chicken breasts and finish with the mustard sauce, walnut powder and the remaining walnuts, left whole.
