- 3 1/3 CUPS of selfrising flour
- 9 OZ. of raspberries
- 7 OZ. of ricotta cheese
- 2/3 CUP of cantaloupe
- 4 OZ. of blueberries
- 4 OZ. of blackberries
- 1 1/2 OZ. of shelled pistachios
- 1 1/2 OZ. of granulated sugar
- One peach
- Mint or lemon balm
- Cane sugar
Method

To make red dessert pizza with raspberries and mixed fruits, first blend 5 oz of the raspberries with 3 tbsp sugar, then strain through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Spread the resulting sauce over two thin circles of dough, then sprinkle the edges with cane sugar and bake in a fan oven for 15-18 minutes at 400°F.

Remove from the oven, leave to cool, then top the pizzas with the peach wedges, the remaining raspberries, the blueberries, the sliced melon, the pistachios, the ricotta, lemon balm or mint leaves, as well as pistachios, Greek yogurt and/or edible flowers to taste.
