- 12 OZ. of greek yogurt
- 11 OZ. of puff pastry dough
- 9 OZ. of strawberries
- 3/4 OZ. of slivered almonds
- icing sugar
- vanilla
- lemon
Method
To make puff pastries with yogurt and strawberries, cut 4 discs of puff pastry (about 12 cm in diameter each) and prick them in the middle using a fork. Sprinkle with slivered almonds, brush with water and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place the discs of dough spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Remove the puff pastry discs from the oven and crush them gently in the center: The edge will be a little higher, forming a sort of tartlet. Cut the strawberries into slices. Process the yogurt with 30 g icing sugar, the grated rind of half a lemon with a few drops of lemon juice.
Distribute a quarter of the yogurt into the center of each disc and complete with more strawberries cut into wedges.
