List of Ingredients
- 2 LB. of watermelon
- 1 lb 12 OZ. of cantaloupe
- 1 small handful pistachios
- Desiccated coconut
Method

To make cantaloupe and watermelon with pistachios, first, remove the tough skins of both types of melon and de-seed.

Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh, and transfer to one large serving bowl, or serve in individual goblets.

Blanch the pistachios for a few minutes, then peel off the now more visible outer layer of skin.

Scatter the pistachios over the cantaloupe and watermelon, then garnish with a dusting of desiccated coconut. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
