Apricots with Honey, Sour Cream and Pistachios

To make our recipe for apricots with honey, sour cream, and pistachios, start by washing the apricots. Divide them in half and remove the pit.   

Sprinkle a pan with honey over high heat. Once the honey starts to simmer (after a few seconds), transfer the apricots to the pan, pit side facing down. Sauté for a couple of minutes until lightly caramelized.

In the meantime, chop the pistachios and mince the verbena.

Serve the apricots with the sour cream, pistachios and verbena.

Extra Tip: You can replace the sour cream with mozzarella or yogurt ice cream. For a richer flavor, use infused honey.
