- 6 OZ. of Greek yogurt
- 4 1/2 OZ. of Flour
- 1 1/2 OZ. of icing sugar
- 2 of small apples
- 2 of eggs
- 1 of Orange
- Seed oil
- Baking powder
- Brown sugar
Method

Peel the apples and cut into slices. Mix the eggs with a little grated orange peel, the greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons of seed oil; then incorporate the flour, powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, the sliced apples. Continue to stir gently until combined.

Using a spoon, portion out two tablespoons for each cookie onto a baking sheet lined with baking parchment.

Sprinkle the cookies with brown sugar and bake at 400°F for 15-18 minutes.
Store in an airtight box for a couple of days in a cool place.
