- 15 of swordfish carpaccio, slices
- 1 of avocado
- 1 of cucumber
- 10 TBSP. of sesame seeds
- 3/4 CUP of pistachio flour
- 2 TBSP. of spirulina seaweed
Method

Prepare the gomashio first: Toast sesame seeds in the oven for 15 minutes at 212°F (100°C).

Then pound the seeds in a mortar with 1 tbsp fine salt until you have a coarse powder.

Blend pistachio flour with spirulina seaweed and mix with the gomashio.

Season the carpaccio with the powdered herbs and serve with avocado and cucumber.
