List of Ingredients
- 9 OZ. of mackerel fillets
- 2 OZ. of red onion
- 1/4 CUP of dry white wine
- 3 1/2 TBSP. of apple cider vinegar
- 1 orange
- 1 green apple
- 1 celery stalk with leaves
- sliced whole wheat bread
- salt
Method

Debone the mackerel and steam them for around 10 minutes or until cooked.

Let the mackerel fillets cool, then remove their skins and chop them. Put the chopped fish in a bowl with the orange rind and chopped celery leaves. Cut one slice off the top of the apple without peeling it, and dice it as finely as possible. Slice the celery very thinly. Add the celery and apple to the mackerel and season with a pinch of salt. Spread the mixture onto slices of whole wheat bread. Complete the crostini with the onion and segments of peeled orange.
