List of Ingredients
- 180 G of beet (pre-cooked)
- 85 G of marinated mackerel
- 20 G of almonds
- 2 of eggs
- lemon
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil
Method

Boil the eggs 7-8'. Cut the beet into thin slices. Blend the almonds with the juice of the lemon, its zest, 30 g of oil and a pinch of salt.

Arrange the beet slices on the plates, complete with boiled eggs, a few mackerel fillets and seasoned with almond sauce.

Decorate with aromatic herbs to taste.
