Watermelon and feta salad
Might seem like a daring combination but these two ingredients combined go wonderfully together. Just cut the feta and watermelon into cubes after removing the seeds and season with oil, a little salt and a few fresh basil or mint leaves. You can also add some rocket and black olives. If you don't like watermelon you can use melon. Want to be creative with your presentation? Cut the watermelon and feta into cubes of the same size and make a kind of cube by overlapping them.
Salad with peaches and zola
For this salad choose some fairly hard peaches and after cutting them into slices (without peeling them) grill them on a tray for a couple of minutes. Season them with oil, salt and pepper and add some soft lettuce like valerian, then cubes of zola cheese and walnuts.
Fig and prosciutto salad

Clean the shrimp, then just grill, or blanch them in boiling water for a couple of minutes and then serve with fresh pineapple cubes and rocket.
